Day 8 and 9 of 30-Day Charity Challenge

On Sunday and Monday I took some time to see loved ones that I don't spend a whole lot of time with. Sunday I stopped over at my mom's house and spent some time with her and my brothers. Marty and Joey are getting old. Marty is working on his driving skills these days, and Joey just started wrestling. While I was there my brothers and I dug through the closet and found a huge mass of clothing that I forgot I had. I have already donated clothing so I have some other ideas that I will use the clothes for sometime this month. Before I left I had to start up a wrestling match with Joey, it has always been one of our favorite things to do when we see each other. He is getting a lot bigger these days and a heck of a lot stronger. I showed him a few moves and quickly finished up before I embarrassed myself.
Monday I spent some time in the afternoon at Ol' Gam Gam's house. She loves visitors and now that I live in Waukee and work so much I hardly get time to see her. She reminded me a few times that working is not the most important thing in life. I spent about an hour there doing the usual at grandmas which is munching on snacks and drinking Diet Coke. I also had a chance to see my uncle Jeff who I also don't see much. I was happy to see him it gave me one more person to complain to about the Iowa vs. Oklahoma St wrestling meet. It was great seeing everyone I need to make sure I make time out of my schedule to do it more often.
